Bentley will unveil its new fourth-generation Continental GT Speed at 16:00 BST on Tuesday, June 25th.
Boasting 782 PS and 1000 Nm of torque, along with a 50-mile (80 km) electric-only range and a CO2 figure (WLTP) under 50 g/km. Not only is it the most powerful road car in Bentley’s 105-year history, but its introduces plug-in drivetrains across all model ranges.
The new Generation Continental GT features the latest chassis technology including active all-wheel drive with torque vectoring, four-wheel steering, electronic Limited Slip Differential, 48V electric active anti-roll control, and advanced dual-valve dampers.
Initially unveiled in 2002, the Continental GT marked a turning point for Bentley, revitalizing the brand and driving a tenfold increase in sales.
The second-generation Continental GT debuted in Paris in 2010, with orders accepted from October and deliveries starting in early 2011. Initially launched with the W12 engine, a new 4.0-liter V8 option followed in 2012.
The third generation, introduced in 2018, was based on a new purpose-built platform, featuring a new engine, suspension, electrical architecture, and interior and exterior design language.
